Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new dairy gets a free trial with all features. No card is needed. At the end of the trial choose a plan to continue – your data stays intact.
How is the milk rate calculated?
You set up rate charts: a formula (base + FAT × rate + SNF × rate), a full FAT/SNF table, or a fixed rate per litre. Each chart has an effective date and shift, so rate changes apply only to new entries. A farmer can also have a personal fixed rate.
Will the amounts match my current software?
Calculations use exact paise arithmetic – no rounding errors – and you can choose normal or banker's rounding for rates. We verified every row of a real village dairy statement.
Can I use it on a mobile phone?
Yes. The whole system works in any modern browser on mobile, tablet or computer. The milk entry screen is designed for quick entry with the number keypad.
Can my staff use it without seeing money matters?
Yes. Assign the "Milk Collection Staff" role – they can only enter milk. Delivery staff only see deliveries, accountants see payments and reports. You can also create your own roles.
How do farmers get their statement?
Print the familiar milk slip, download a PDF, or share a summary on WhatsApp in one click. Statements can be finalized every cycle and are generated automatically each month.
Is my data safe and private?
Each dairy's data is strictly isolated. Passwords are encrypted, every change is recorded in an audit log, and the system is protected against common web attacks.
How do I pay for the subscription?
Online through Razorpay using UPI, debit/credit card, net-banking or wallets. You get an invoice instantly. Bank transfer is also possible – contact support.
Can I move from my old software or register book?
Yes. Add your farmers with their existing codes and opening balances, then continue from today. Contact us for help importing large lists.
